And if the organizers do not have a license for tourist activities, they will not receive any permits, of course.

Some guides in hotels, unfortunately, try to convince tourists that supposedly, insurance does not work with third-party tour organizers other than his tour operator.
This is not true. Tourist insurance policy is not issued for the services of a tour operator, but for the entire stay on the territory of Egypt, your travel insurance is valid throughout Egypt. In addition, if you are on the ship, bus and other transport, the organizer has full insurance responsibility to the passengers.
Otherwise, he simply will not be able to get a permit for tourist activities. In Egypt, rather strict tourist regulations and permits are required before each trip.

Tour photographers are independent people who do not work for the tour company. Therefore, all agreements between you and the photographer remain your responsibility. We do not recommend to give money in advance, if you are not sure that the photos will be delivered. If you do not need the photos, we recommend to tell the photographers about it in advance in order to avoid unnecessary intrusiveness on their part.
